Not-So-Casual Soirees

The rowdy bashes at 81 Hudson Street have been going down for months, and let's just say they're hardly intimate wine and cheese gatherings. 

The manager of the building's first floor bar, Puffy’s Tavern, told the New York Post that block-long lines started appearing in the summer and, since then, neighbors have been complaining about music blasting until 7:30 am, trash and empty liquor bottles piling up in the street, and even firecrackers being shot off the roof.
