Minus5° Ice Bar, NYCMinus5° Ice Bar just became the coolest bar in Manhattan, given that its nickname is "adult version of Narnia." Originating in New Zealand, Minus5° Ice Bar is - you guessed it - completely made of ice. Located in the Hilton, the structure is regulated at a freezing twenty-three degrees Fahrenheit. Upon entering, guests are given insulated jackets, gloves and boots to calm any hypothermia concerns.
