John Dory Oyster Bar
The Midtown location of April Bloomfield's John Dory Oyster Bar is not the only reason it is an after-work drinking destination. The daily 5pm-7pm deal lets visitors choose between a half dozen oysters or clams paired with sparkling wine or oyster stout ale, all for $18.
The size of the deal is perfect for sharing and the restaurant's expansive space (there are two bars as well as ample dining space) makes it the perfect spot for a group gathering.
