The Mermaid Inn is one of the East Village's most beloved seafood restaurants, but before the dinner crowd arrives, The Mermaid Inn is also home to a killer happy hour. Actually, it's called Happy Hour and a Half, and it runs from 5:30-7, 7 days a week. Specials include $1 east coast oysters, $7 cocktails, $6 wines, and $5 draft beers. Don't worry if you can't make it down to the East Village, Mermaid Inn's uptown location also runs the same special.
