If anyone knows how to curate a nightlife hit, it's Ian Schrager (after all, he was the co-founder of Studio 54). At his buzzy Public Hotel, the subterranean Public Arts space goes full industrial-chic, boasting a large dance floor, red velvet curtains, and even people dancing on the metal balcony.
