Hidden behind a wall (well, door) of fancy chocolate bars at high-end provisions shop Pine & Polk is PS (short for Pacific Standard), a swanky cocktail bar serving up whimsical sips and delicious bites for some post-shopping indulgence. The 1,500-square-foot oasis is helmed by Bar Director Melissa Brooke, Executive Chef Ali Ghriskey, and General Manager Aimee Ollman, who have teamed up on a range of unique cocktails, creative dishes, and grazing boards made with fresh, seasonal ingredients (including some that are available for purchase in-store).
