Overview: Like Gansevoort Street, Kenmare Street got a breath of life this year thanks to MaisonO. The Japanese izakaya restaurant is on trend, serving up small bites which have been applauded by critics and customers. Matt Abramcyk and Serge Becker are both experienced restaurateurs, but their reputation also rests on the clubs they've been involved with. La Esquina, the Beatrice inn, Bunker Club, and The Box are a few of the places they've help build, so much attention is being given to the below-ground lounge. With multiple rooms, a Tokyo-inspired decor, and karaoke, the space feels fresh and on-point.

Insider's Scorecard: Galore Magazine threw a launch party for their Bombshell Issue, and filled the place up with...well bombshells. The party took advantage of all the rooms and was the perfect representation of what to expect from the club: a raucous party with downtown scenesters and pretty girls. During Fashion Week Suno hosted their after-party at the venue and brought along Tyson Chandler, Kate Foley, Kyleigh Kuhn, and more for a highly exclusive event. For anyone who goes out in Soho, Nolita, or the Bowery, this is the only place to party this fall.
