Sandbar Rooftop, a breezy watering hole which debuted last year atop the Hilton Hotel in the heart of the Fashion District, has returned for the season in all its beachy, boozy glory.

Decked out in nautical decor, the indoor-outdoor space boasts a retractable roof, a prime view of the Empire State Building, lifeguard chairs, and a swing set created from reclaimed wine barrels. Surely enough Instagrammable content to satisfy your feed through Labor Day.

As for their food and drink options, well, the selection of pinsa-style pizza, tasting boards, and colorful craft cocktails named for East End locales (like the "Ditch Plains" and "Georgica") certainly won't disappoint.

All this without the three-hour Jitney ride? Count us in.
