Christina Lewis Halpern

Growing up as the daughter of one of Wall Street's most powerful players (and the first African-American to own a billion-dollar company), Reginald F. Lewis, Christina Lewis Halpern was a staple on New York's young patron scene and was named to her father's board at just 12 years old. Obviously she didn't want for much. But the Harvard grad and former business journalist recognized the privilege she was afforded and set out to open doors for others. In 2013, she founded All Star Code, a nonprofit that teaches young men of color tech and computer skills to foster true economic equality. In 2014, the CEO was even honored by the Obama administration as a "Champion of Change." No big deal.
