The owner, Dan Cathy, has been outspoken about his views against same-sex marriage while the company routinely donates to what many consider homophobic orgs. Despite a statement assuring that, "Going forward, our intent is to leave the policy debate over same-sex marriage to the government and political arena," Cathy is still someone we don't want to be friends with or give our money to.
