Edwin's, named after the founder Edwin Booth, is the newest addition to the space. The weekly pop-up restaurant takes over The Kinstler Room, replete with dining tables, a jazz band situated in the raised alcove, and a balcony. The intimate room is the only communal space with large windows to allow the sun to shine in, making it one of the most elegant rooms to relax in.
