Everyone seems to have a bit more fun with their ensembles in the summer time. PMC has been full of bright prints and classic accessories lately. Here are my top pics from Patrick McMullan for today:
Dennis Dubas, Susan Jacobs, and Guy Lawrence: At The Hampton Designer Showhouse, located at 59 Farm Court in Sagaponack. The 'ol patchwork suits and bow ties may be a bit much for some, but what are clichés for if no one actually completes them in their entirety? These guys are having fun being preppie hamptonites.
Rachel Zalis and Elana Nathan: At Diamonds and Denim this Saturday at the home of Rita Schrager in Southampton. The invite said "Dress to Impress" and it was a denim themed party god damnit! Rachel was one of the minorities that actually adhered to the dress code in full, and I give her props for that. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people don't dress the themes.
Mrs. Linda Zagaria (in vintage Chanel) and Mr. William Blasingham: At the Merchant's House Museum's annual fundraiser on the roof of the Central Park Arsenal. Vintage Chanel and dapper hats, these two came straight out of a Gatsby page and I love it.
