The well-heeled San Francisco socialite Joy Venturini Bianchi has long been one of our fashion idols, but following a 2016 exposé by the San Francisco Chronicle, we've been having second thoughts. For over 60 years, Bianchi helmed a charity for the developmentally disabled, dubbed Helpers Community Inc., but was fired in 2017 when reports revealed that millions of funds had simply supported her lavish lifestyle.
