The Who's Who Of The Case
Per the New York Post, Christophe de Menil, an 88-year-old art patron, designer, and heiress to the Schlumberger oil dynasty, is the woman at the center of the case. Her daughter, from a brief marriage to Robert Thurman (yes, Uma's dad), is Taya Thurman - Uma's half-sister and the mother of the late downtown artist Dash Snow and photographer Max Snow.
Alina Morini, a close friend and confident of de Menil, is the one who filed a complaint in court this week.
