She eventually transitioned her law career to media in order to have "a bigger microphone" to address injustice. She left Charlotte for L.A. in 2010 and began working as a legal analyst on talk radio and television, before covering sports and pop culture. She then relocated to NYC where she landed even bigger gigs on screen. Eboni has worked as a correspondent for CBS News and a contributor for Fox News, with appearances on Hannity and The O’Reilly Factor, and was a co-host on the Fox News Specialists afternoon show.
These days she hosts State of the Culture and hosts and executive-produces Revolt Black News, both on P. Diddy's network. She also has her own podcast, Holding Court with Eboni K. Williams.
