Eugenie was practically preordained to become an It Girl. Her father, of course, is billionaire Philip Niarchos, the eldest son of Greek shipping magnate Stavros Niarchos. Her mother, Victoria Guinness, comes from the banking branch of the Guinness beer family. Her great-grandmother on mom's side was none other than Gloria Guinness, the socialite, fashion icon, and friend of Truman Caopote, who was dubbed "the most elegant woman in the world" in the early 1960s.
You're probably also familiar with her brother, Stavros Niarchos III, former flame of Paris Hilton and current husband of Dasha Zhukova.
