While Hayley probably could've worked for the old family business, she decided to do her own thing and take the Bloomie's name to the world of luxury labels.
An impressive lineup of past employers that include Tory Burch, Diane von Furstenburg, and Ralph Lauren, she now works alongside BFF Lauren Santo Domingo as Moda Operandi's Communications Director, where she's been since its inception.
