Loch
The LochHead to the 90-acre North Woods at the northern tip of the Park where you’ll find the Loch, a peaceful, picturesque stream running throughout the wooded area. Originally planned to be a long, narrow lake by the Park’s architects, Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux, the body of water has since narrowed into a smaller creek, dammed at several points to create gentle waterfalls and cascades.
