The shiny-haired man-model uttered this classic phrase in response to the warm weather he experienced on the roof of the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills while making a cameo appearance on the show Top Chef Masters last week. Now everyone knows mountain goats are big sweaters, but Fabio was shvitzing so profusely that he imagined said goat to be on the beach! Here's a photo shoot for you...
