While the listing says that the apartment is in Chelsea, we know it's actually in TriBeCa because we're not idiots (and anyone can recognize the obvious skyline views). The five bedroom and six bathroom penthouse also has a rooftop pool, seven terraces (spanning a whopping 4400 square feet), an outdoor kitchen, sauna, and a home gym. The price is $25 million "and worth it" says the Airbnb listing. Sounds like a cozy little home away from home. We're just left wondering who would want to rent out this Manhattan palace and not live here 24/7, 365.
