The Building
Coming in at nearly 800 feet, the curved glass architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates is officially part of the New York skyline. The tower spans 64 floors and contains 157 units. The David Rockwell designed lobby (which will be manned 24 hours a day) boasts "an interplay of bold, natural materials including anodized steel walls, custom hand-blown glass lighting, and travertine floors." Not bad for a lobby.
