Looks like Taylor Swift is going through a full life makeover following her breakup with DJ Calvin Harris. Girl, we've all been there. According to reports (and the New York City Department of Buildings), Tay is paying over half a million dollars in renovations for her Tribeca penthouse at 155 Franklin Street. Since, of course, she'll need somewhere to stay during all that, she's gone ahead and casually rented a West Village townhouse on Cornelia Street. The gorgeous space, which features 5 bedrooms and an indoor pool, is only running her about $38K a month. Hey, in NYC, that's a steal. Click through for a tour!
