Poor Gwyneth Paltrow might be forced to rub elbows with a courtroom full of commoners as she fights to clear her name in the case of a ski accident, but she's certainly not roughing it post the day's proceedings.

According to reports, Gwyneth and her family have taken up residence in one of Park City's poshest gated communities while she partakes in the trial. Enter: The Colony at White Pine Canyon.

The mountainside neighborhood claims to be "among the largest gated ski-in / ski-out communities in the U.S." It's certainly among the fanciest. The luxury homes on the property, many of which can be used as vacation rentals, are priced at tens of millions of dollars, with one of the most expensive mansions on the market currently priced at $50 million.

As you would imagine, the sprawling residences are all very après-ski chic, resembling Alpine chateaus rather than humble log cabins. The homes come complete with high-tech security systems and ultra-modern amenities while playing up their luxe-meets-rustic design. Most of them are also equipped with private gyms, pools, saunas, and hot tubs fit for the Goop wellness guru to unwind after a stressful day of claiming her innocence.

We mean, it certainly beats holing up at the local Holiday Inn.
