Just in time to welcome their first child, Jennifer Gates (yes, daughter of Bill) and her Olympic equestrian husband Nayel Nassar have reportedly settled into quite the spacious new home.
Surely, 12,000-square-feet, six bedrooms, and six baths should be enough for their growing family in Manhattan.
According to the New York Post, the couple snagged the penthouse triplex atop 443 Greenwich, the coveted Tribeca building beloved by celebrities - current and former residents include Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Lawrence, Justin Timberlake, and Harry Styles.
The expansive spread boasts dramatic 20-foot ceilings, gas fireplace, original architectural details like pine wood beams and arched windows, and, for good measure, a private terrace complete with plunge pool (that's in addition to the 70-foot indoor swimming pool shared by residents).
And perhaps the most lavish amenity, the unit comes complete with two dedicated parking spaces. Now that's luxury.
