Jon Bon Jovi's latest album may be titled This House Is Not for Sale, but the rock star's former Upper West Side condo certainly is - and it's boasting a hefty price tag.

Back in 2008, Bon Jovi sold the 2,727-square-foot unit in the celeb-filled Park Millennium for just $5.48 million. Now the current owner, real estate exec David Kuperberg, is looking to sell for a few mil more: $8.49. With stunning views, custom woodwork, a library, chef's kitchen, and impressive audiovisual system, the four-bedroom is probably worth it. Especially if you want to brag about Howard Stern and Regis Philbin being your neighbors.

The 28th floor apartment even comes with 260-bottle wine refrigerator - unsurprising seeing as Bon Jovi himself has recently become quite the vino connoisseur. Another special feature? One of the singer's signed guitars, which he left as a surprise for the new resident back when he moved out. No word yet on whether or not this seller will be so generous.
