Succession is back in full swing for its anticipated third season, and with the return of everyone's favorite dysfunctional family of billionaires comes plenty of peeks inside some IRL rich person filming locations and real estate properties around NYC.
Fans who are up to date with the Roy siblings' latest shenanigans are probably familiar with one residence in particular: Rava's luxurious apartment, which Kendall takes over for recon and revenge against (spoiler alert) his father.
Considering how smitten the character is with the place, it should come as no surprise that the real-life location is certainly fit for a media scion with deep pockets (or his ex-wife post divorce proceedings). And, luckily for anyone with an eye on the market, the swanky condo is currently for sale.
Located inside the iconic Woolworth building, the lavish unit spans over 6,711 square feet across the 29th floor and is described as "the perfect blend of Tribeca loft meets historic penthouse." There's five bedrooms and six bathrooms, 22-foot ceilings, skylights galore, and a duplex terrace - not to mention the incredible city views or high-end building amenities such as a pool, fitness studio, and wine cellar with tasting room.
Of course, living like a Roy (or one of their exes) doesn't come cheap. The condo is currently priced at a cool $23 million and change.
