Mark Ruffalo must have someplace pretty cozy lined up to have been able to part with this Carroll Gardens gem. The four bedroom, three bathroom historic 1899 townhouse features a sunroom, garden, and is sprinkled with ornate details, from cathedral ceilings and archways to dreamy marble mantels.

Having bought the property for $3.5 million back in 2015, the actor's recently grabbed ticket price of $3.2 million puts him at a loss. Though who knows what bigger and better places he may be off to!
