Let's just say that when Talita von Furstenberg moved to the city as a fresh-faced NYU student, she wasn't about to rough it like the rest of us did. We mean, we doubt her grandmother, the inventor of the wrap dress, would be too pleased to hear about her protégée living in a crusty fourth-floor walkup with three roommates and one bathroom.
So, of course, the literal princess and granddaughter of none other than Diane von Furstenberg apparently took up residence inside a 2,541-square-foot loft on the 10th floor of a luxury West Village building. Now that she's currently gallivanting around Europe with her aristocratic Italian boyfriend, the 23-year-old has moved out of her swanky pad, which has officially hit the market for a cool $10 million.
The uber sleek and modern space seems devoid of the von Furstenbergs' signature maximalist flair - at least in the listing photos - but the incredible riverfront and skyline views more than make up for it.
In addition to the dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows (which open up to a 35-foot terrace, natch), the three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment boasts Wenge African hardwood floors, a white-washed open kitchen with a Gaggenau convection oven and cooktop, a subzero refrigerator, and a Dornbracht sink, granite slab flooring and an extra deep soaking tub in the master bathroom, and, obviously, plenty of closet space.
The building itself also comes with quite a few amenities fit for a princess, including 24-hour concierge, a fully-equipped fitness center, a screening room, a 50-foot infinity pool, and a private wine cellar for each unit.
