While we can't say for sure, our guess would be that some teenage daughter of a Saudi Prince currently lives here - you know, while commuting downtown to NYU. One of the bedrooms has that chair made of stuffed animals by the Campana Brothers, and the foyer features a sparkling lit up sign that says "Forever" over the fireplace.
So yeah, this place is going to need to be saged of its bad taste, but it's got great Gilded Age bones!
