Former P.J. Clarke's bartender Doug Quinn opened his classic two-story New York saloon last November and debuted brunch earlier this month. Menu highlights include blue point oysters with champagne mignonette, Mama's eggs and bacon (cooked any way you like), and banana-stuffed brioche French toast served with winter berries and maple butter. For those seeking heartier fare, we suggest the 3rd Ave "El" burger (8oz dry-aged blend, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and hand-cut fries).
