Speaking of Momofuku, the restaurant group's new-ish outpost at Hudson Yards, Kāwi, has also been nominated for Best New Restaurant. Helmed by Executive Chef Eunjo “Jo” Park, the space serves up fine-dining twists on Korean faves.
