Let's face it, most of what we've all had to accept as part of life's "new normal" sucks. Perhaps the only exception? Outdoor dining. Despite restaurant regulations slowly loosening to let us back indoors, it appears the al fresco option isn't going away anytime soon - which means, of course, both restaurants and New Yorkers will have to adapt to some autumn weather conditions and then some.
