E-mo

E-mo
The most popular, and cheapest, lunch in Korea is kimbap, a Korean-type of sushi. Pickled radishes, spinach, carrots, rice are rolled up with seaweed. E-mo, which is Korean for “Aunt,” is another K-Town stop that offers tuna (recommended), kimchi, beef, squid, jalapeno, and mushroom rolls. It's a good chance to eat lunch like a Korean businessman for $6.50 or less. E-mo- 2 W 32nd St, New York, NY 10001 [Photo via]
