In the market for a new go-to hot spot?

Well, we hope you don't mind killer drinks and gorgeous views...

Introducing Bar Blondeau, the new jewel in beloved restaurateur Jon Neidich's nightlife crown. And let's not forget, as owner of The Happiest Hour, Slowly Shirley, Tijuana Picnic, ACME, Ray’s, Le Crocodile and Lemon’s, that crown's getting awfully heavy.

Perched on the 6th floor of Williamsburg haunt the Wythe Hotel, the French-style bar has it all. Completely unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline, a seafood-forward menu of small plates with a decidedly European bend dreamed up by chef partners Aidan O'Neal and Jake Leiber, and a cocktail menu brimming with creative takes on classic signature sips, frozen drinks and plenty of zero proof options that are anything but boring.

How does Salmon Rillettes with creme fraiche, Lobster Salad with basil and potato, Saffron Rice with duck and escargot and a Martini Blond, with Amalfi Coast gin, cucumber botanical vodka, amber vermouth, lemon oil, and a house-pickled onion sound?
