Get those mother of pearl spoons ready, people.
Caviar Kaspia, the glamorous restaurant and boutique that's been frequented by Paris's most fashionable since it first opened in 1927, is finally coming to New York City. Only took about a century...
Celebrated for its dedication to the "art of caviar," the opulent eatery is opening a permanent outpost at none other than The Mark Hotel this fall. Considering the two institutions' shared clientele (that would be supermodels, celebrities, and socialites), it's truly a match made in luxury heaven.
The upcoming Upper East Side locale is sure to be the chicest new dining destination in town when it opens its doors later this year, serving up its signature twice-baked potatoes, eggs, pasta, and blinis all, of course, topped with hefty dollops of the brand's own beloved caviar.
Like its Place de la Madeleine counterpart, the Manhattan location will also feature a shoppable storefront offering "the delights and delicacies of Caviar Kaspia for the ultimate at home indulgence or the perfect gourmet gift."
We'll just be over here counting down the days - and crossing our fingers that their famous vodka also makes an appearance on the menu.
