Tuna Crudo
The Tuna Crudo is perhaps the prettiest plate at Pastis. And while at other restaurants, that would read as 'most Instagrammable,' due to an epically non-photogenic yellow lighting scheme that's lovely to exist in, but horrible to capture a food memory, short of a reservation at peak daylight, short of bringing in your own light, such statements are not equivalents. But we digress, this dish is also delicious.
