Decoy - Duck, Duck, Brunch

DecoyThere is a special place in our hearts for RedFarm. That insanely tasty restaurant with a wait longer than hell. Yet right below this special spot is another little love pocket reserved especially for Decoy - the bar/restaurant born from the same culinary team and located right below RedFarm. Their main schtick is their celebration of the ever decadent dish, Peking Duck, which comes served with a slew of fixings - duck consomme shots, pancakes, and sauces, all of which do the impossible and make those tender, crispy duck slices of heaven taste even more divine. Take your time getting round to your Sunday brunching, as this place doesn't open until 5:00, and make sure to get a proper group together to pack the table. It will give you the excuse to order at least one of everything on the menu. The Sweet and Sour Shrimp. The Jamaican-Chinese Style Jerk Baby Chicken, Corn & Brussel Sprouts. And let us not forget the bar snacks! Katz's Pastrami Triangles for everyone! Decoy, 529 1/2 Hudson Street [Photo via @eatingnyc]
