Penelope: The Food
This deal includes an enormous entree of your choosing and a mimosa, coffee, tea, or juice. No wonder there’s a line around the corner
.
Drinks: The drinks—summer rose mimosas and peach bellinis—were strong, light and tasty.
Main Course: Lindsey opted for the salmon wrapped poached eggs: two farm fresh eggs wrapped in smoked salmon on toasted black bread with green goddess dressing and served with a side salad.
Dani had the “Sam I Am”: two farm fresh eggs scrambled with grilled asparagus and crumbled feta cheese. The enormous plate came served with your choice of toast and house-made home fries. The scrambled eggs with feta and fresh asparagus was healthy and hit the spot. The home fries were actually cut-up french fries and absolutely amazing.
Because of the alluring name, I ordered the One Night Stand Waffles, which on the menu are described as “a toasted coconut and luscious strawberry waffles served with fresh fruit. These are not the marrying kind.” The waffles were enormous and moist and loaded with crispy coconut and strawberries, quite the delicious breakfast.
