Newly opened Cherry from the mind of Bond st restauranteur is a welcome addition to the booming Japanese fusion market. Combining signature Japanese ingredients with French sensibilities, veteran chef Andy Choi (Le Cirque and Bouley) makes for utterly romantic dishes. His take on foods such as crab corn croquette  and authentically French dishes such as duck a l’orange will leave those craving both Japanese and French food happy.
