When it comes to Italian cuisine in NYC, t's pretty challenging to create something totally new and unique, but Baker & Co has proven to do just that. This quaint West Village restaurant just opened last week and makes for a great date night spot. The restaurant offers unique beer and wine concoctions along with inventive pasta dishes like this bucatini made with squid, cured guanciale, cherry tomatoes and marjoram.
