Heartwood
Restaurateur Nick Mautone of Gramercy Tavern recently opened Heartwood, a Chelsea restaurant with an emphasis on local ingredients. The team here is extremely promising with James Beard Award-winning Chef Bradford Thompson and Daniel's boulanger Nick Fiorentino, so expect the food at Heartwood to be nothing short of perfection. The menu features several options that are great for sharing, such as the Duck Rillettes with Drunken Raisins and the Tempura Skate “Fingers” with jalapeño tartar sauce.
