Ever since this nautically-inspired restaurant opened in Soho, it's been pretty hard to get a reservation here, and for good reason. The menu at Navy focuses on seafood and vegetables dishes and Chefs Matt Abramcyk and Akiva Elstein bring in most of the food from the Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op, so expect everything here to be super fresh. Some of Navy's menu items include gnocchi with roasted pumpkin and the house-cured fish with caviar and homemade blini.
