Einat Admony is the mastermind behind this modern Israeli restaurant serving up classic Sephardic and Ashkenazi dishes with a bit of a twist. The menu at Bar Bolonat features dishes like the Dorade with Harissa and Kale and Lamb Belly with Pickled Chickpeas. Though this West Village eatery just opened a few weeks ago, it's off to a promising start.
