Pearl and Ash
Pearl and Ash makes the most of its Bowery location by serving good food in a glam, hip atmosphere that caters to its bar hopping clientele. Chef Richard Kuo (of Corton and wd 50) created a menu with sharing in mind. All of the small plate offerings are perfect for sampling. Whether you pick tea poached salmon or pork shiitake meatballs, you are sure to get an innovative dish that has been artfully prepared. The drink menu, with whimsically named cocktail offerings, is equally promising and includes options like television tonic and seasons of hell. There are also draught beers and a selection of wines for the specialty drink averse.
