Helmed by Chef Cedric Vongerichten (yes, the son of Jean-Georges) and his wife Ochi, Wayan blends the flavors of French and Indonesian cuisine in a brick-walled, Southeast Asian-inspired setting. For lunch, try Cumi Cumi Isi (stuffed baby squid with tomato onion sambal) and the Ayam Goreng (fried chicken with buttery soy sauce and yellow rice).
