The Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare expands New York's Michelin territory out to the borough of Brooklyn and into the gourmet market Brooklyn Fare. The 18-seat intimate kitchen counter is the baby of David Bouley's
protégé, who prefers to be called a craftsman, not a chef. While the restaurant has still not procured a liquor license, it has not failed in attracting diners to try the predominately seafood tasting menu.
