The Swiss chef, David Humm, aimed to create an international dining destination with the opening of
Eleven Madison Park in the old Metropolitan Life Building. Before even tasting a bite, the room will impress you with cathedral-height ceilings and marble walls. The locavore cuisine restaurant offers a tasting menu without predetermined recipes. The diners are given the control by choosing their favorite ingredients. The chef will then build their dinner around the selection.
