There are so many things to love about this Lower East Side staple. Top of the line smoked fish, New York bagels, pickled things. It's really a long list. And aside from the Upper West Side's Barney Greengrass, or LES neighbor Katz's Deli, it's a restaurant that has a pretty singular theme to it.
