Where the latter is fresh and sweet, the former is quaint and charming. And while this cafe's avocado toast may be covered in prosciutto, fontina, and tomatoes, there are plenty of healthy, lighter options to be found on Epistrophy's Sardinian-inspired menu, like their tuscan kale salad. Still, even if you trekked down to Nolita with the healthiest, most gluten-free of intentions, if you take a seat here, you're going to end up eating bread.
