Cookshop
Oh Chelsea. Chelsea, Chelesa, Chelesa. A neighborhood that pretty much begs to be brunched in. Just a stop off the High Line, Cookshop sits in too prime a location, the sort of side walk real estate New Yorkers would queue an hour for on a sunny day. They've a pretty classic menu, featuring fun drinks and eggs in just about every form, sandwiched, fried, scrambled and the like. But though it is popular for a reason, there's no need to waste your valuable daylight waiting when there are many a comparable option nearby.
